Ulmus ‘Columella’

This elm has a very slim open crown making it useful as a street tree or for planting in smaller spaces. It is very resistant to Dutch elm disease. In spring light green flowers are produces followed by green scalloped leaves. In autumn it puts on a bright display of bright yellow. Hardy tolerates most soils that are not waterlogged. Stake well on planting.
