Prunus serr. 'Taihaku' select std 10/12 38L Airpot

A superb strong growing small tree reaching 6m with a rounded to fan shaped crown. The young leaves are reddish-brown turning deep green and yellow orange in autumn, they can be up to 16cm long and 10cm wide. The very large white flowers appear in late April from pink buds. Hardy and tolerates all soils except waterlogged soil. Mix plenty of good compost with the soil and stake well.
