Frangula alnus Fine Line 10L

A handsome deciduous shrub, Fine Line is a cultivar of the Alder Buckthorn and is referred to with a variety of names including Rhamnus Frangula Fine Line and Frangula Alnus Fine Line, but all refer to this upright columnar shrub with long, fine pointed leaves. In spring bright green leaves emerge giving a feathery look, small greenish yellow flowers are borne in summer followed by small black fruits. The leaves turn a nice yellow colour before falling. Hardy and easy to care for it prefers a moist soil but will tolerate dry conditions. Full sun or partial shade.
