Carpinus betulus 100-125 Bare Root

A large deciduous tree developing a fluted pale grey trunk. Leaves 5-8cm long,oval,toothed and with pointed tips,turning yellow in autumn.Catkins open in spring,followed by fruiting catkins to 8cm.Hight more than 15m.Good as a specimin tree or for hedging.Resembling beech in the latter form.
